Good Afternoon!
Thank you for taking the time today to come to the
Travel Reduction Survey Workshop!
We have posted the
materials used today online at:
If you didn't attend the
workshop, we have placed all the materials online.
Please take the time to review the information as this
year is very different that previous years.
The Power Point presentation explains the process and
gives some helpful tips and information. It will only
take a few minutes to view.
Coordinators are generally
responsible for -
1) Updating employee counts,
if they change, during the survey process. Updates can be
emailed to
RideshareHelp@azdoa.gov.
2) Distributing several emails
to their employees:
- A Pre-survey email
- The actual Survey email
- Reminder emails to
increase response rate(s)
3) Ensuring as near a 100%
response rate as possible at each of their sites.
Coordinators will receive regular updates from Capitol
Rideshare regarding their percentage response rates.
4) Complete the survey process
within two weeks.
Please let us know if you
have any questions or if you need items to be sent to
you by email. The coordinator website provides specific
dates on when emails are to be sent. Be sure to look at
the agency groups to see which group your agency is in.
